Tim's appraisal background includes strategic communication with local investors as well as national lenders, government agencies, elected officials and numerous stakeholders across a wide spectrum of customers and businesses. He has adopted an approach that always seeks to improve principles and practices while developing opportunities through associations and partnerships, both public and private.
Tim has a comprehensive knowledge of Oregon Revised Statutes, Administrative Rules and case law, focusing on impacts to both local government and taxpayers. Tim led the Farm Board for the Marion County Assessor's Office which consisted of prominent area farm operators and managers, representatives from agencies such as the Oregon Department of Revenue, other staff and the general public. The purpose of the Farm Board is to establish and maintain effective communication with recognized large-scale agricultural operators within the county. Tim's knowledge of the complexities inherent in land use regulations and his familiarity with the rural farming community affords him a unique opportunity to provide specialized services to a wide variety of farm managers, agricultural operators and taxpayers.
